Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and return policy:


Because our abayas at Noura Abayas store are made to order and are not ready-made, our products cannot be exchanged or returned if they match the specifications.


The product can be exchanged or returned in the following cases:


The customer received the wrong order. (The order value is refunded to the customer).

The customer receives an incomplete order. (The customer will either receive the incomplete order or be refunded the value of the incomplete product).

You can exchange or return our products if they do not conform to the specifications agreed upon with the customer, or in the event of a delivery error or an error in implementation not resulting from customer negligence.

If the abaya's size has been altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

The return request, as per the previous paragraph, must be submitted within 1 day of the customer receiving the services or products.

You can exchange the abaya before 6 hours have passed since the order was placed (within 6 hours).

Upon refund, your request will be processed and the amount transferred within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product.

The abaya must be in its original condition and with all its accessories.



*Regarding the comments that are written in the request, you must contact us so that we can inform you whether it is possible to implement them or not.


*No modifications can be made more than 6 hours after the order has been completed.
